My educational background is in Industrial Engineering, which I studied in Germany, Spain and China. In the past years I worked in IT consulting and in tech start-ups. Key areas during those times have been team restructuring, strategical business partner management, investor relations and internationalization. My analytical mind and my coding skills help me in my day-to-day work to improve companies fast. I'm very numbers driven, and I know how to build a successful work culture even in big teams with more than 100 people. I really enjoy developing other people and I love to see them grow. Furthermore, I'm the founder and CEO of NeoCarbon. We reverse climate change by utilizing cooling towers to cut costs of Direct-Air-Capture by 90%.
